Responsibilities
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with customers and proactively understand their business objectives and expectations.
- Drive engagement and adoption throughout the customer journey.
- Own a book of business, including renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Become a product expert and understand all components of CodeRabbit.
- Educate customers on best product usage to maximize value.
- Champion customer needs internally and advocate for them to influence the product roadmap.
- Solve customer challenges by communicating specific product benefits and best practices.
- Own customer-facing communications, ensuring professional and concise messaging.
- Develop and present periodic reviews to customer leadership.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Technical competency to understand software and build relationships with highly technical prospects and business stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset and curiosity to solve customer problems.
- Strong knowledge of customer success, including negotiations and procurement processes.
- Proficiency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, and Command of Message.
- Ability to establish trust at the CxO level and with software development practitioners.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices, version control systems, and the software development ecosystem, including Git, GitHub, CI/CD, VS Code, and Cursor.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time to meet customers.

- Experience with code review processes and tools.

- Experience with go-to-market activities at early-stage, high-growth, venture-backed startups.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range: $125,000–$215,000.
