Provider Strategy Lead

Leads strategic engagements with medical groups, health systems, and provider organizations, translating their needs into scalable products, programs, and operating models. The role requires 2–10 years of structured problem-solving and executive engagement, commercial judgment, strong communication, and comfort working with data and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of important provider engagements end-to-end, including strategy, executive alignment, launch, expansion, and long-term success.
  • Identify high-value problems across provider organizations and develop theses for products, programs, and partnership models to solve them.
  • Translate ambiguous opportunities into product and operating strategies with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Lead zero-to-one initiatives from initial thesis through partner alignment, launch, measurement, and scale.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive, clinical, operational, technology, and compliance leaders.
  • Develop business cases, success measures, and investment recommendations.
  • Apply lessons from strategic provider engagements to broader product direction, deployment models, and provider-network strategy.

Requirements

  • 2–10 years of experience in structured problem-solving and executive engagement, such as consulting, business development, investing, or business operations.
  • Commercial instincts and comfort evaluating business opportunities, tradeoffs, and growth strategies.
  • Comfort working with data and technical teams; willingness to learn SQL and low-code tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and delivering on ambitious goals.
  • High NPS with former teammates.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $170,000–$250,000, with meaningful equity.
