Key Responsibilities
- Lead client facing engagements, joining customer calls to track progress, surface needs, and ensure a smooth rollout experience
- Own the onboarding and implementation process for healthcare clients from signed contract to successful deployment
- Partner with the Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to remove blockers, identify new workflow opportunities, and to deliver on customer priorities
- Monitor client adoption and feedback, identifying trends and improvement opportunities in both process and product
- Support documentation and continuous refinement of internal implementation workflows and client communications
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring expectations are clear, timelines are met, and communication is proactive
- Take ownership of projects and client issues with a bias toward solutions and action
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, banking, as a founder, or in an operational/generalist role at an early-stage startup
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to take on a variety of roles
- Ability to prioritize effectively and get things done in an unstructured and ambiguous environment
- Ability to take ownership and accountability
- Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week
Compensation
Salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 base, plus equity and comprehensive benefits including 100% covered medical/dental/vision, fully paid parental leave, 401k, fitness stipend, unlimited vacation, and relocation support.
