Senior Operations Manager, Enterprise Infrastructure
Own and automate healthcare claims and billing workflows using SQL, APIs, scripts, and LLMs. The role partners with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to build scalable systems, analyze operational outcomes, and improve client processes.

Responsibilities
- Own high-impact processes and client workflows from discovery through deployment, ensuring repeatability and measurable impact.
- Design and automate manual claim-related workflows using SQL, APIs, scripts, LLMs, and other tools.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap priorities and scale successful solutions.
- Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes.
- Identify bottlenecks, diagnose root causes, and automate fixes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles at a technology company or fast-paced startup.
- Strong SQL fluency, including querying, analyzing, and structuring data for insights and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects end-to-end and work autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Strong ownership, execution, collaboration, and communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in healthcare operations, claims, or billing systems.
- Experience building or integrating workflows with APIs, Python, or web automation tools such as Zapier, Retool, or custom scripts.
- Experience building with LLMs, SQL applications, or data pipelines.
Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time position requiring work five days per week in the Mountain View, CA office.
- Salary range: $120,000–$160,000 annually.
- Employees must follow organizational information security policies and report confirmed or potential security events or risks.
