Responsibilities
- Define initial strategy for new AI product bets, including target customers, problem definition, sequencing, and success metrics.
- Own early customer acquisition, test growth tactics, and close initial customers before a scalable growth model exists.
- Run experiments to improve product adoption and retention.
- Translate market and customer signals into prioritized product roadmaps.
- Build AI-powered workflows for research, modeling, and reporting.
- Develop pricing and packaging strategy using financial models for unit economics and margins.
- Evaluate expansion opportunities, vendor partnerships, and integrations.
- Establish operating rhythms that align cross-functional teams and support rapid iteration.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional work experience with a track record of driving results.
- Experience working in consulting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- High-growth startup experience strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping functional AI tools and systems.
- Strong analytical thinking, experimental design, and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity, competing deadlines, and changing priorities.
- Empathy for small business customers and a strong desire to understand their needs.
