Build the "CNBC of Main Street": Develop and execute a content strategy that positions Workwhile as the primary source for labor market intelligence. Publish "breaking news" on the state of the hourly workforce.
Be the mouthpiece for Workwhile Econ Lab: Serve as editor-in-chief, work with data science team to extract trends (e.g., real-time wage inflation in logistics, impact of gig work on holiday supply chains) and package into reports for top-tier media.
Manage Academic Relations: Leverage relationships with labor professors and economists to facilitate op-eds.
Humanize the Data: Find and tell individual worker stories to connect reporters with real voices in the economy.
Newsjacking & Rapid Response: Monitor news cycle and pitch unique angles or data points for coverage.
Requirements
