Responsibilities
- Originate and shape executive communications across written and rhetorical formats and platforms.
- Collaborate with External Communications colleagues and subject matter experts on consequential communications moments aligned with strategic goals.
- Support senior leaders in developing communications priorities and preparing for major communications moments.
- Balance collaboration with a strategic point of view.
Requirements
- 8+ years of high-level executive communications experience, ideally at a high-tempo, industry-shaping organization.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills in both written and high-stakes, fast-moving environments.
- Experience supporting senior leaders.
- Strong operational capabilities, sound judgment, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Self-directed, proactive, and biased toward action.
- Open and curious approach to understanding technical concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field or demonstrated through relevant coursework, training, or professional experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Expertise in at least one domain relevant to executive communications, such as science and research, products and AI architecture, enterprise and commercial strategy, or visual storytelling and brand.
- Experience shaping highly technical materials for sophisticated audiences.
- A perspective on how emerging forces are reshaping executive communications.
