Responsibilities
- Define and own internal communications strategy for a portfolio of stakeholders.
- Advise senior leaders on messaging, approach, timing, and communications plans.
- Ensure employees have the information and context needed to perform their work.
- Create and improve AI-powered systems and workflows that scale communications across a globally distributed workforce.
- Measure communications effectiveness and use data for continuous improvement.
- Reinforce the company mission, strategy, and culture through internal communications.
- Develop AI-native approaches to content creation, personalization, measurement, and feedback loops, maintaining responsible human oversight.
- Support company-wide and organizational live events by drafting talking points, advising on event structure, and preparing speakers.
- Partner with internal and external communications teams on proactive and reactive communications and internal issues management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in internal, external, or corporate communications, media/journalism, or another writing-intensive role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and brevity.
- Executive presence and experience partnering directly with senior executives and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience using AI tools for drafting, research, audience analysis, or content testing, with responsible human oversight.
- Ability to remain proactive and composed amid organizational change and shifting priorities.
- Experience communicating with a highly distributed, remote workforce.
- Strong organization, planning, and roadmapping skills.
- Ability to generate ideas and execute them effectively.
- Ability to balance speed and quality and prioritize effectively.
- Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and willingness to develop fluency in the space.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $205,785–$242,100 USD.
- Total compensation may include equity, bonus eligibility, and medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
