Partner Enablement + Program Manager, Startups
Leads partner enablement, startup programs, and events for Supabase, creating playbooks, coordinating activations, and measuring partner-sourced impact. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partner enablement materials, including decks, one-pagers, playbooks, and activation guides.
- Manage the operational cadence of partner programs, including strategy collaboration, activation tracking, and program logistics.
- Organize Supabase's presence at partner and VC-related events, including demo days, founder summits, portfolio workshops, and partner conferences.
- Source and prepare speakers for talks and panels.
- Plan and run hackathons end-to-end, covering partner coordination, logistics, sponsorships, judging, prizes, promotion, and post-event follow-through.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Startups, GTM, Developer Relations, Events, and Marketing teams.
- Measure and report on program impact, including signups, credit redemptions, partner-sourced pipeline, and event outcomes.
- Identify new enablement and program opportunities and propose initiatives with clear ROI.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in partner enablement, program management, event marketing, or partner marketing, ideally in developer tools, startups, or venture ecosystems.
- Track record of running events such as hackathons, meetups, conferences, or workshops from planning through post-event reporting.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable communicating with external stakeholders, including technology partners, VCs, accelerators, and community leaders.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including producing polished enablement materials and briefing speakers.
- Metrics-oriented approach to reporting and program evaluation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote-first environment with substantial autonomy.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area, with availability for regular in-person events and occasional evenings and weekends.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with developer tools, AI infrastructure, and databases such as Supabase or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with startup accelerators such as Y Combinator or Techstars, or with VC platform teams.
- Background in developer community or Developer Relations-adjacent work.
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools, especially HubSpot.
Success Measures
- Build a repeatable events menu and enablement playbook for partner use.
- Deliver repeatable events and major partner activations with strong attendance and measurable signups.
- Establish reporting that connects enablement and event activity to partner-sourced pipeline.
