Supports Flexdrive’s financial and fleet operations through month-end close, cash and invoice reconciliation, forecasting, vendor and PO management, Salesforce administration, and scalable process improvement. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant business operations or finance experience.

Responsibilities
Month-End Close & Financial Operations
- Own month-end close deliverables across assigned fleet and operational areas, including financial reporting, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Track and reconcile fleet-related cash transactions, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
- Prepare monthly loan and lease activity for the Accounting team.
- Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, and Operations on financial reporting, variance resolution, and process improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and document standard operating procedures for recurring financial and operational workflows.
- Support Purchase Order (PO) management, including monitoring activity and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Prepare the quarterly Flexdrive cash flow review and reconcile it to the Accounting Cash Flow Statement.
- Coordinate audit support files and respond to audit requests.
- Identify and automate financial processes to reduce manual work and strengthen reporting.
Salesforce System Support
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce support and administration, including data loads, integration monitoring, and data quality checks.
- Support development, testing, and implementation of Salesforce functionality and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and address data and reporting requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Improve Salesforce processes, controls, data quality, workflows, usability, and scalability.
Business Operations & Process Support
- Optimize processes across fleet operations, vendor management, and financial operations.
- Identify and resolve anomalies in invoice workflows involving OEM parts, depot services, insurance, and maintenance.
- Automate manual processes and streamline recurring workflows.
- Develop and implement operational initiatives supporting financial and business objectives.
- Provide financial and operational support for Rental and AV fleet operations.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Connect Business Operations, Finance, Fleet Operations, and external partners to resolve financial and operational matters.
- Coordinate inquiries related to financial operations and provide timely responses.
- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in business operations, finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, variance analysis, and complex datasets.
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, including financial reporting, accrual accounting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Experience supporting month-end close processes.
- Ability to build financial and analytical models from the ground up.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, take ownership, and build scalable processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical rigor.
- Experience in the automotive, fleet, mobility, or autonomous vehicle industry is a plus.
