Responsibilities
- Own Loop’s logistics strategy across EMEA and identify opportunities to expand its partner ecosystem.
- Build, lead, and deepen relationships with logistics providers and platforms, including WMS providers, 3PLs, and carriers.
- Launch and scale new logistics partnerships in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
- Manage a pipeline of partner-sourced sales opportunities and support complex sales cycles with GTM leadership and Account Executive teams.
- Drive revenue growth by executing against quarterly pipeline goals.
- Create and execute joint business plans and partner go-to-market strategies.
- Develop region-specific growth plans for key partners and establish senior relationships to execute them.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Marketing, and Sales on campaigns, co-marketing, case studies, and events.
- Increase internal awareness of partnerships and guide merchant-facing teams on partner selection.
- Coordinate with Agency/Tech Partner Managers and logistics partnership managers to maximize regional and product opportunities.
- Travel regularly to meet current and prospective partners.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the UK direct-to-consumer e-commerce logistics and backend operations market.
- Existing relationships with UK logistics partners, including WMS providers, 3PLs, and carriers.
- At least 3 years of channel or logistics sales experience in a client-facing role.
- Proven record of meeting revenue targets, owning and forecasting a pipeline, and creating go-to-market playbooks.
- Strong logistics industry knowledge, including current and emerging practices, trends, and technology.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment and collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
- Strategic agility, strong listening and communication skills, and consensus-building experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
