Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts generating $5–$10 million in annual revenue, with significant growth potential.
- Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns, delivering results aligned with customer goals.
- Identify opportunities to sell new placements and campaigns, increase budgets or pricing, and optimize existing campaigns.
- Partner with product and technology teams to build scalable, efficient Customer Success tools and improve systems.
- Serve as a strategic partner and subject matter expert, proactively advising customers on reaching lower-income consumers.
- Own the commercial strategy for a vertical, build a go-to-market strategy, develop sales materials and positioning, and partner internally to optimize placements and campaigns.
- Share customer and market learnings with teammates to improve industry knowledge and best practices.
- Travel at least quarterly for strategic planning sessions with key accounts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise customer success or account management experience.
- Experience with digital marketing at a publisher, agency, or advertiser.
- Exceptional written, oral, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities, including campaign troubleshooting, launch timelines, and experimentation management.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort using technical systems to implement campaigns, analyze performance data, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to quickly build trust internally and externally.
- Passion for building a business with a strong social mission at the intersection of the private and public sectors.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000–$180,000.
- Total on-target earnings: $165,000–$198,000, including performance-based bonus.
- Potential for a larger bonus when individual or team revenue targets are exceeded.
