Responsibilities
Operations & Systems
- Own day-to-day processes across go-to-market functions, including account and opportunity ownership, deal and renewal processing, report and dashboard creation, and territory operations.
Data & Analytics
- Monitor CRM records and dashboards for go-to-market leadership.
- Create, manipulate, and analyze reports to derive data-driven insights.
Data Quality & Integrity
- Own data quality across internal systems by running regular audits.
- Work with the team to drive long-term data improvements.
Documentation & Project Management
- Create and maintain documentation covering internal processes, best practices, and system requirements.
- Work with senior team members to streamline processes and implement solutions.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations or an equivalent role.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and fix broken processes proactively.
- End-to-end ownership of deliverables and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proficiency with Salesforce is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with go-to-market tools such as Gong, Clay, or HubSpot.
