About the role

Responsibilities

  • Evolve core product and spearhead new verticals across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Tackle ambiguous, greenfield challenges, expanding into new workflows, users, and markets.
  • Work alongside customers from day one to uncover real-world problems.
  • Lead projects from discovery through feature design and implementation with engineering peers.
  • Onboard customers to early prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly.
  • Define Rilla’s design culture and shape team collaboration as one of three designers.

Compensation

  • Estimated salary range: $181,000 - $234,000/year.
