Responsibilities
- Evolve core product and spearhead new verticals across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Tackle ambiguous, greenfield challenges, expanding into new workflows, users, and markets.
- Work alongside customers from day one to uncover real-world problems.
- Lead projects from discovery through feature design and implementation with engineering peers.
- Onboard customers to early prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly.
- Define Rilla’s design culture and shape team collaboration as one of three designers.

Compensation
- Estimated salary range: $181,000 - $234,000/year.
