Founding Product Designer responsible for end-to-end product design, prototyping, design-system evolution, and polished experiences for a complex AI-native product. The role requires strong product design craft, comfort with ambiguity, and close collaboration with engineering and brand.

Responsibilities
- Drive design across the full Gumloop product from concept through delivery.
- Rapidly prototype new concepts and features to validate ideas before implementation.
- Identify opportunities to redesign or refine key screens, flows, and smaller usability issues.
- Evolve the product’s design language and product vision.
- Contribute to the core design system.
- Collaborate directly with engineering and brand to ship polished, intuitive experiences.
Requirements
- Experience shipping polished products and taking work from 80% to 100%.
- Experience prototyping in Figma and AI-assisted design tools.
- Ability to distill ambiguous problems and feedback into clear, focused solutions.
- Humility and adaptability when receiving feedback and iterating.
- Exceptional visual taste and enthusiasm for building complex AI-native products.
Nice-to-haves
- Motion and interaction design experience.
- Experience designing developer tools or products for technical audiences.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary of $175,000–$275,000.
