- Define how developers and agents discover, provision, configure, and use databases, services, and integrations across Marketplace and Connect.
- Simplify OAuth, permissions, environments, credentials, billing, and provider constraints without obscuring important details.
- Build and test working prototypes independently, using coding agents to explore product behavior and technical constraints.
- Conduct customer and partner research; use support signals and product data to identify opportunities, define success measures, and validate improvements through experiments.
- Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering through implementation, launch, and iteration.
- Create reusable design patterns and structure for Marketplace and Connect.
- Address foundational product problems involving provider dependencies and platform operations.

- Experience independently owning ambiguous, technically complex product work from problem framing through launch and iteration.
- Strong systems thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative evidence, define success measures, and adapt based on findings.
- Experience making complex products clear and trustworthy, including edge cases, recovery, language, and accessibility.
- Ability to work directly with Product and Engineering, read APIs or code when useful, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
- Independent experience using coding agents to prototype interactions, inspect implementation, and learn unfamiliar systems.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing a marketplace, integrations platform, partner ecosystem, or other multi-sided product.
- Understanding of OAuth, permissions, secrets, billing, developer tooling, or infrastructure products.
- Experience shipping AI or agent workflows involving human approval and autonomous action.
- Engineering background or experience contributing production web code.
Compensation and Benefits
- San Francisco, California base pay: $172,000–$258,000 annually.
