Responsibilities
- Design experiences that reduce friction during new-user onboarding.
- Contribute to customer acquisition, conversion, and retention experiences across the Growth team.
- Champion growth design and apply design priorities and principles to growth projects.
- Work with engineering and product teams to design, build, and launch user-facing product experiences.
- Support partner teams with growth and onboarding needs.
- Partner with user research teams and contribute to ongoing research.
- Participate in design reviews and present work to design and company leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Design, Product Development, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in design.
- 3 years of experience in growth-related domains, including onboarding journeys, email marketing, pricing pages, product upsells and cross-sells, conversion experiments, and product surfaces.
- 3 years of experience conducting user testing and research using qualitative and quantitative data.
- 3 years of experience interpreting user data and metrics, including A/B testing insights, to inform product strategy and design improvements.
- 3 years of experience with UI, UX, and visual design software, including Figma, After Effects, and ProtoPie.
- 3 years of experience collaborating with engineers to build and launch software applications, including design methodologies, testing, and prototyping.
- 2 years of experience creating end-to-end user-focused onboarding journeys and product demos.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $175,200–$262,800 per year.
- Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, 401(k), medical, dental, and vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
