Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Business Analytics strategy across Grow’s operational functions, managing a pod-based team that supports multiple departments.
- Partner with department leaders to turn ambiguous business questions into clear analysis and actionable decisions.
- Own dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs that help departments operate and make decisions effectively.
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of analysts, developing them from request executors into owners of recommendations and business impact.
- Build an AI-native analytics team by applying current AI tools and capabilities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders, influencing strategy, execution, and tradeoffs through data.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a quantitative role within fast-paced technology environments, including leadership of analytics teams supporting multiple departments.
- Experience managing a team of 5+ analysts and scaling both team size and output quality.
- Ability to work horizontally across multiple stakeholders and business domains.
- Track record of coaching analysts to translate technically correct work into recommendations and actions.
- Demonstrated business outcomes driven by analytics work.
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools and experience using AI-driven work to produce measurable improvements in team output.
- Experience operating in a growth-stage environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and senior leadership presentation skills.
- Fluency in SQL, with the ability to set technical direction and perform complex analyses or modeling.
- Proven partnership with Operations, Finance, and GTM teams to influence strategy, execution, and tradeoffs through data.
- Motivation to improve access to mental health care and own ambiguous, high-impact problems.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base compensation: $205,000–$250,000 USD annually.
- Hybrid schedule with onsite work at the NYC hub three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
