Responsibilities
- Lead the GTM Analytics & Strategy team, managing analysts embedded with Marketing, Sales, and Support/Customer Operations.
- Build an operating model for intake, prioritization, quality assurance, stakeholder communication, and recurring business reviews.
- Coach analysts delivering funnel reporting, campaign performance, sales analytics, support analytics, forecasting, segmentation, attribution, and executive readouts.
- Partner with GTM leaders to clarify ambiguous questions, identify decisions, and drive actionable recommendations.
- Review SQL, dashboards, metric definitions, data caveats, and analytical narratives.
- Identify self-service and AI automation opportunities; turn recurring requests into governed dashboards, metric documentation, reusable workflows, AI primitives, and model improvement requests.
- Guide experimentation, incrementality, cohort analysis, forecasting, segmentation, and statistical readouts, partnering with Data Science on deeper modeling.
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, SQL quality assurance, documentation, and workflow prototyping while maintaining accuracy and governance.
- Develop analysts through expectations, feedback, growth paths, and peer learning.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in analytics, finance, revenue operations, marketing analytics, sales analytics, business operations, investment banking, or a related field.
- At least 1 year managing analysts or analytics-adjacent teams.
- Strong GTM analytics expertise across marketing, sales, customer operations, and revenue motions.
- Excellent SQL and analytical reasoning skills, including understanding data grain and joins and identifying data-quality issues.
- Comfort with confidence intervals, incrementality, cohorting, regression, forecasting, and experiment readouts.
- Experience with funnels, pipeline, bookings or ARR, campaign performance, sales productivity, support performance, forecasting, attribution, segmentation, or lifecycle analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and analytical quality-assurance skills.
- Ability to manage across analysts and data engineers.
- AI-native, automation-minded approach to analytics.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in investment banking, finance, FP&A, revenue analytics, or another high-intensity analytical environment.
- Experience partnering with Data Science on advanced modeling.
Compensation
- Annual salary range: $174,200–$261,300.
