Responsibilities
- Own data quality for the assigned domain by documenting models, troubleshooting discrepancies, and establishing centralized metric definitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, define, and track key metrics for monitoring, planning, and decision-making.
- Develop repeatable, scalable analytical solutions, including dashboards, data models, and standard processes.
- Partner with Operations to identify and track efficiency initiatives and measure impacts on cost, quality, and delivery outcomes.
- Partner with Finance to analyze program cost drivers and inform pricing strategy.
- Investigate complex problems and messy data to identify root causes.
- Initiate and drive complex projects to completion with minimal guidance.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with data modeling tools such as dbt.
- Experience building dashboards and reports with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Metabase.
- Strong business acumen and experience partnering directly with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical analysis into clear, actionable narratives.
- Comfort working with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment and making sound trade-offs.
- Active Secret U.S. security clearance required.

- Top Secret U.S. security clearance.
- Familiarity with air-gapped and federal environments and their constraints.
- Experience supporting Business Operations, process analytics, or process mining, including workflow optimization.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $182,400–$228,000 USD for the Washington, DC location.
- Eligible roles may include equity, comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, generous paid time off, and potentially a commuter stipend.
