Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Analytics
Senior Business Analyst supporting Reddit’s revenue strategy by building BigQuery data pipelines, semantic models, and dashboards for the Large Customer Sales channel. The role requires strong SQL, analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex data into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics that shape revenue strategy.
- Develop and govern semantic models and contextual business logic for dashboards and AI-driven analytical tools.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable growth opportunities and performance improvements.
- Automate recurring reporting and continuously improve data models and analytical workflows.
- Partner with Data Science and Salesforce teams to enhance revenue data foundations, including ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and BigQuery data pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
- 3+ years of experience developing dashboards in Looker or a similar platform.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis.
- Fluency in SQL, BigQuery, and dashboard development.
- Experience with ETL workflows and data pipelines.
- Ability to translate data into strategic insights and measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding and development tools.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with online marketing and advertising.
- Experience with Salesforce revenue data mappings.
- Familiarity with agentic analytics tooling.
