Responsibilities
- Set the vision and roadmap for Finance Analytics, aligned with business priorities and long-term data strategy.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable data products, AI solutions, and automation initiatives.
- Hire, develop, and mentor analysts, analytics engineers, and data product builders.
- Establish best practices for data modeling, experimentation, and product development.
- Oversee the design, development, adoption, scalability, and reliability of finance data products, dashboards, and internal applications.
- Lead intelligent workflows, including automation, copilots, agents, and decision-support tools.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to financial and operational processes.
- Partner with Data Engineering on high-quality, governed, well-modeled datasets.
- Establish standards for data quality, documentation, and discoverability.
- Deliver actionable insights and advise Finance leadership on strategic decisions.
- Drive system- and process-level improvements and scalable operational solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or a related field.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Deep expertise in SQL and scalable, production-grade data modeling.
- Experience with modern cloud data platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for data transformation, automation, or application development.
- Experience building data products, tools, applications, or workflows used in business operations.
- Experience applying AI and large language models to real business problems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior-leader influence.
- Experience supporting Finance organizations.

- Experience with ERP, financial planning, or business planning systems.
- Background supporting finance, business operations, or analytics teams.
- Familiarity with agile development practices.
Compensation
- Annual salary range: $200,000-$262,500.
