Responsibilities

  • Own East Coast enterprise revenue, including new-logo growth, expansion of existing accounts, and accurate regional forecasting.
  • Lead and develop Regional Sales Directors and Enterprise Account Executive teams.
  • Set the vision and operating rhythm for the East Coast region while balancing team development, execution, and forecasting discipline.
  • Build and hire senior sales talent across multiple markets.
  • Maintain executive relationships with strategic accounts and personally support major deals.
  • Translate Americas-level strategy into regional plans, priorities, and hiring decisions.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Solutions Architecture on major opportunities and customer-driven roadmap feedback.
  • Define and reinforce industry-first sales motions, sales processes, the Stripe Way methodology, and forecasting practices.
  • Build repeatable practices and playbooks for consumption-based, API-driven enterprise sales and share them across the broader organization.
  • Use analytical and performance data to drive decisions, improve pipeline quality, advance deals, and maintain forecast accuracy.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
  • 7+ years managing managers.
  • Proven record of delivering revenue results at scale in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience building and hiring senior sales talent across multiple markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to drive decisions and accountability.
  • Ability to engage credibly with C-suite stakeholders in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience selling developer platforms, APIs, or financial infrastructure to enterprise buyers.
  • Background in payments, fintech, or adjacent financial services.
  • Experience establishing new sales coverage in a region or market from scratch.
