Responsibilities
- Own the full growth strategy across paid, organic, brand, and product-led motions.
- Scale inbound demand through performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, virality loops, and bold stunts.
- Build and optimize funnels across web, product, and sales hand-off; instrument every step and improve with data.
- Design onboarding flows, paywall moments, and in-product upsell and expansion paths to drive PLG adoption.
- Turn Artisan into a cult brand; architect viral campaigns, UGC loops, and social dominance across LinkedIn, X, and beyond.
- Build the growth model, own the dashboards, and run continuous experiments across every channel.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or a similar role.
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker who enjoys testing unconventional ideas.
- High grit and hunger — willing to work hard and take ownership.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero.
- Strong communicator who can work directly with leadership.
