Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant business impact.
- Set technical direction for critical technical areas to support continued growth.
- Design, develop, and own new product functionality and infrastructure using modern frameworks and tooling.
- Collaborate with engineers to improve customers’ security and compliance capabilities.
- Contribute to Vanta’s engineering culture through growth and mentorship.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of industry experience.
- Experience playing technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects.
- Startup experience or experience in an environment prioritizing a bias for action.
- Experience working on greenfield projects.
- Interest in security or prior experience in the security space.
