Build and ship full-stack features for North, Cohere’s secure enterprise AI workspace, including autonomous agents and high-performance RAG applications. The role requires strong production experience with Python and React, broad cross-stack coding ability, and experience across startups and large enterprises.

Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for North, Cohere’s AI workspace platform.
- Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
- Write and ship minimal code for low-resource environments with stringent deployment mechanisms.
- Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models and techniques.
Requirements
- Extensive production experience shipping full-stack code with Python and React.
- Strong coding ability and comfort working across the stack.
- Ability to execute effectively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
- Experience working in both large enterprises and startups.
- Ability to understand and fix issues outside the primary codebase.
- Experience building and deploying highly performant client-side or server-side RAG or agentic applications at large scale.
