Senior Software Engineer, Billing Agents
Build and ship full-stack features for high-volume healthcare billing workflows, including claims, appointments, and payments. The role requires 5+ years of production experience, strong frontend and API skills, and the ability to design reliable, observable systems.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end features across claims, appointments, and payments-posting surfaces, from design through production rollout.
- Write production-ready code with meaningful tests and observability.
- Design clean interfaces and data models for scalable, data-dense workflows.
- Partner with product, design, and billing operations to solve biller workflow problems.
- Build dashboards, logging, and alerting to detect and root-cause production issues.
- Review code and designs for correctness, performance, and consistent user experience.
- Help shape component patterns, API and data-fetching conventions, testing practices, and observability standards.
- Review and influence technical direction and help onboard and develop teammates.
Requirements
- 5+ years building full-stack applications and shipping production features end-to-end.
- Strong frontend development skills, including diagnosing rendering issues in data-dense screens.
- Experience building backend APIs with filtering and pagination over sizable datasets.
- Understanding of data-layer fundamentals and database queries.
- Sound technical judgment, debugging ability, and observability practices.
- Clear communication, ownership, and bias for action.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with healthcare billing data, including EDI X12, clearinghouses, ERAs/EOBs, and denial codes.
- Experience shipping LLM-powered features into production workflows.
- Exposure to analytical or OLAP data stores alongside transactional databases.
- Product intuition and experience influencing UX/UI decisions.
- Experience in regulated industries with attention to security and compliance.
