About the role
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design
Partner with design leadership to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and calibrate talent across a range of design disciplines
Identify and engage talent through X, portfolio sites, and other industry channels
Build relationships with designers through referrals, events, and ongoing engagement with the design community
Partner with our Design Program Manager and design team to strengthen Ramp's presence in the industry
Improve how we hire by refining processes, leveraging new tools, and raising the quality of design recruiting at Ramp
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, including experience hiring for Design roles
Strong understanding of what differentiates great design talent
Exceptional relationship-building skills and a track record of earning trust with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders
Strong judgment, attention to detail, and operational rigor
An experimental mindset and a willingness to try new approaches to find, engage, and hire great talent
Experience using AI throughout the recruiting workflow to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and execution
