Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for R&D roles across Engineering, Product, Design, and Data.
- Source passive candidates using Boolean searches, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and unconventional channels.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements, improve job specifications, build pipelines, and support workforce planning.
- Manage the candidate experience, including interview coordination, offer strategy, compensation discussions, and closing senior hires.
- Track pipeline metrics and reporting in Greenhouse and Gem.
- Design and run interviewer calibration and training programs.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and use AI-powered tools for candidate research, outreach personalization, pipeline summaries, and sourcing signals.
Requirements
- Proven experience sourcing and closing engineering talent across multiple levels and disciplines.
- Typically 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting at a high-growth startup or fast-paced technology company.
- Strong Boolean search skills and passive-candidate sourcing instincts.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, offer negotiation, and candidate-experience skills.
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management and decision-making.
- Fluency with AI recruiting tools and interest in emerging AI workflows.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $155,000–$170,000.
