Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ads and monetization policies and enforcement workflows.
- Support vendor and operations teams with enforcement guidance, training, quality initiatives, and change management.
- Improve operational efficiency and quality through process improvements, tooling enhancements, and root-cause solutions.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, monitor trends, and inform operational strategies.
- Monitor, triage, and resolve high-profile or time-sensitive escalations with Sales, advertisers, and cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with Policy, Product, Legal, and Communications teams on workflows, policies, products, and launches.
- Participate in occasional weekend or holiday on-call coverage and travel as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations supporting ad review, content moderation, policy enforcement, or a related area.
- Experience developing workflows, improving processes, and converting operational challenges into practical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including synthesizing complex information during sensitive or time-critical escalations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, manage priorities independently, and solve problems.
- Strong analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative information to identify patterns and inform decisions.
- Adaptability and comfort working through changing priorities and ambiguity.
- Willingness to review sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
- Fluency in English.
