Responsibilities
- Own strategic and operational workstreams end to end, from analysis through execution.
- Support fundraising and investor relations by preparing materials, coordinating diligence, and managing process momentum.
- Support partnerships and go-to-market activities through research, outreach, and relationship management.
- Assist with hiring, including drafting role specifications and coordinating candidate pipelines.
- Build processes, trackers, dashboards, and systems that help a lean team operate effectively.
- Handle analysis, coordination, follow-ups, and other high-priority work requiring clear ownership.
Requirements
- Track record of operating with significant ownership, ideally in a startup, venture builder, consulting, or investment environment.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations and solve problems without a predefined playbook.
- High agency, reliable follow-through, and strong organizational skills.
- Genuine interest in AI, venture building, and early-stage company building.
- Comfort working directly with senior leaders and external partners.
- Ability to use AI agents to increase execution capacity.
- Pragmatic approach to balancing thoroughness with speed.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in venture building, early-stage startups, or founder’s office roles.
- Experience supporting early-stage fundraising, partnerships, or go-to-market initiatives.
- Experience with AI products or fast-moving technical environments.
- Bias toward building practical trackers, dashboards, and tools.
Both short-term and permanent roles are possible.
