Executes and scales complex projects for AI labs and technology companies, coordinating domain experts, monitoring quality, and managing customer outcomes. The role is suited to new graduates or candidates with up to three years of experience who are analytical, adaptable, and highly self-directed.

Responsibilities
- Execute complex, large-scale projects for leading AI labs and technology companies.
- Help manage multimillion-dollar project portfolios, ensuring strong delivery, quality, and customer outcomes.
- Source, evaluate, onboard, and manage the performance of domain experts across software engineering, medicine, law, science, business, and other fields.
- Monitor project performance and investigate operational or data-quality issues.
- Understand project data requirements and how project decisions affect AI model performance.
- Anticipate blockers, prioritize competing needs, and take initiative in ambiguous situations.
- Build relationships with customers and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Strategic Project Leads, Operations, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams.
- Design and improve processes for greater accuracy, efficiency, and scale.
- Identify opportunities to expand successful projects and create additional customer value.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of professional experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical thinking, pattern recognition, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, creativity, and judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Intellectual curiosity about systems, data, and AI models.
- High ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams.
- Comfort making decisions and adapting in ambiguous situations.
- Enthusiasm for AI tools and the critical thinking to evaluate their output.
