Real Estate & Builds Intern
Intern will support real estate strategy and workplace experience standardization projects, collaborating with design, builds, and workplace teams on planning, process improvement, research, and project execution. Responsibilities
- Contribute to a standardization initiative establishing scalable frameworks for planning, designing, and delivering workplace experiences.
- Partner with Design, Builds, and Workplace Experience teams to streamline processes and improve consistency across project execution.
- Support cross-functional project cycles from inception through completion, including planning, stakeholder alignment, milestone tracking, and post-project evaluation.
- Research and synthesize industry trends, benchmarks, and internal data to inform real estate strategy recommendations.
- Develop tools, playbooks, templates, and guidelines that help teams execute standards efficiently and consistently.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in real estate, business, urban planning, facilities management, project management, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with project management fundamentals, including planning, timeline tracking, and milestone reporting.
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams or stakeholders on shared deliverables.
- Ability to synthesize data, benchmarks, and qualitative input into structured recommendations for cross-functional audiences.
- Experience creating documentation such as playbooks, process maps, or presentations through coursework, projects, or internships.
- Interest in workplace strategy, employee experience, or real estate operations.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $40 USD.
