Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, attention, and priorities; protect focus time and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Convert meeting notes and ad hoc requests into structured action items, then track and drive them through completion.
- Project-manage operational workstreams involving internal teams and enterprise customers, including deliverables, deadlines, and standardized documentation.
- Plan and execute monthly all-hands meetings, company retreats, and external partner events, including agendas and logistics.
- Partner with the COO on business operations, workplace experiences, and special projects.
Requirements
- 0–1+ years of experience; recent graduates are welcome.
- Ability to work five days per week in person in New York City.
- High agency and autonomy; proactively identify and resolve problems.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft investor updates and internal memos.
- Exceptional organization and ability to create structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Discretion when handling sensitive company information.
