Provides in-person customer support and end-to-end vehicle rental operations at a Flexdrive facility, including vehicle preparation, inspections, lot organization, and rental processing. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the vehicle rental process, including Express Drive support, arrival and check-in, assigning drivers to rental vehicles, and processing returns.
- Prepare rental vehicles for Lyft drivers by fueling and cleaning them, installing telematics and license plates, conducting fleet inspections, and managing compliance documents.
- Organize the vehicle lot, coordinate vehicle transportation, and manage daily rental operations.
- Escalate vehicle issues, program challenges, and bugs to the Operations Lead and internal or external partners.
- Build trust, collaborate effectively, uphold Flexdrive’s service standards, and represent the Lyft brand.
- Take initiative and ownership while contributing to team success.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an in-person customer service role, such as retail, technical support, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, de-escalate situations, work as part of a team, and work independently.
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and eligibility for coverage under Lyft’s insurance policy.
Nice-to-Haves
