Responsibilities
- Maintain reception desk coverage and assist with visitor management, workplace tickets, and employee requests.
- Coordinate and support day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Manage inventory and restocking for workplace supplies, consumables, and pantry items.
- Support office upkeep and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment across shared spaces.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries.
- Assist with in-office events, company meetings, catering setups, and culture activities.
- Coordinate with local vendors as required.
- Partner with the broader Workplace Operations team to help ensure the office runs smoothly.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- 1–2 years of experience in office administration, workplace operations, front-desk reception, facilities, or corporate hospitality environments.
- Ability to work onsite in the office five days per week.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a polished, prepared workplace.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using Google Calendar, Slack, visitor management systems, or similar workplace tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
