Channel Partner Manager
Build and monetize partnerships with HVAC manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and territory managers. The role owns partner relationships, revenue goals, co-marketing and referral motions, and partner-sourced pipeline while requiring substantial home services industry experience and an established network.

Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of partner relationships end to end, from initial conversation through signed partnership and revenue.
- Build partnerships with HVAC manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and territory managers, including co-op programs.
- Structure distribution partnerships through co-marketing, referrals, preferred-vendor positioning, joint events, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Convert partnerships into measurable partner-sourced pipeline and ARR, and own the results.
- Represent Avoca with partners and at industry events, with travel as needed.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to turn partner introductions into closed business.
Requirements
- Direct home services industry experience building channel partnerships with HVAC manufacturers and distributors such as Trane, Daikin, Carrier, or Ferguson.
- Existing relationships with manufacturer channel leaders and distributor territory managers, plus an understanding of co-op programs.
- Experience with channel, co-marketing, or partner-sourced revenue motions.
- 4+ years of professional experience; 6–10 years is ideal.
- Track record of building and closing partnerships or commercial relationships, rather than only managing existing ones.
- Strong commercial judgment and clear communication with field operators and executives.
- High agency and pace, with the ability to build a playbook in a high-growth startup.

- Base salary of $160,000–$220,000, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Total compensation includes base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.
