Partner Alliance Manager - PubSec Ecosystem
Manages recruitment, enablement, and growth of Public Sector channel partners across the U.S., partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to drive pipeline and sourced revenue. Requires at least three years of sales, channel, or BDR experience and a demonstrated quota-achievement record.

Responsibilities
- Work with an ecosystem of partners to define go-to-market plans for Public Sector partners in the assigned region.
- Recruit, enable, and manage long-tail partners serving SLED and/or Federal customers.
- Assist sales teams and partners in quoting and closing high volumes of channel transactions.
- Build strong working relationships with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Enablement teams.
- Enable partners to contribute to pipeline generation and deliver sourced deals against defined targets.
- Manage and regularly report on demand generation, enablement, and pipeline.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, channels, or a BDR capacity.
- Experience in Public Sector channel sales.
- Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving quotas.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-development skills.
- Ability to engage partner sales organizations at the Director and VP levels.
- Strategic and analytical approach to business, product, and technical challenges.
- Ability to create and communicate compelling value propositions.
- Ability to work cross-organizationally and build consensus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual on-target compensation: $164,000–$246,000 USD for candidates located in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington.
- Equity may be offered where applicable.
