Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries throughout the deal lifecycle, including product features, reporting, and trends.
- Triage and resolve day-to-day partner issues by coordinating with Legal, Product, and other internal teams.
- Represent the company in quarterly business reviews, educational sessions, and other partner engagements.
- Research inbound partnership opportunities, assessing rights scope and fit with the product roadmap.
- Operationalize signed deals by translating commercial terms into internal workflows.
- Own documentation for active deals and partner initiatives, tracking progress throughout each agreement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects across business, product, legal, finance, and/or technical teams, ideally involving contracts, partnerships, or deal administration.
- Ability to translate legal and commercial contracts into actionable requirements for cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of music rights and the digital music ecosystem, including recorded and publishing rights, content delivery, metadata, rightsholders, and DSPs.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple agreements, obligations, and deadlines.
- Experience with project management, CRM, contract management, tracking, reporting, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience serving as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $150,000–$200,000, before equity.
