Partnerships Manager
The Partnerships Manager will build and scale strategic partnerships, developing enablement, co-selling, and partner-led growth programs while coordinating across Sales, Product, Solutions, and Marketing. The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, strong CRM and operational skills, and familiarity with selling software to financial institutions.

Responsibilities
- Own and scale strategic partnerships from sourcing and structuring through activation, enablement, and long-term growth.
- Build repeatable partner playbooks and enablement assets, including training sessions, co-marketing campaigns, and partner collateral.
- Manage the partnership lifecycle from discovery and diligence through negotiation, launch, and scaling.
- Participate in joint go-to-market calls, regular partner touchpoints, co-hosted events, and sponsored company events.
- Travel approximately 10–20% for partner meetings, events, and team collaboration.
- Build scalable systems for partner onboarding and enablement; identify leads, close deals, and expand the partner network.
- Drive internal stakeholder alignment, manage timelines, and execute launches independently.
- Train partner sellers to pitch the company effectively and reinforce messaging and positioning.
- Maintain partnership pipeline and activity tracking in HubSpot, including opportunities, deal stages, activity, and next steps.
- Gather partner and customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Solutions, and Engineering on product and process improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, strategy, or a similar role at a startup, fintech, or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of how financial institutions evaluate, purchase, and implement software providers.
- Strong operational and project execution skills.
- Experience managing pipeline, partner activity, and reporting in HubSpot or a similar CRM.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, changing priorities, and environments without established structure.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $140,000–$185,000 plus equity.
