Head of Artist Partnerships
Leads relationships and negotiations with artists, managers, labels to drive adoption of Udio's AI Artist Platform. Builds strategic partnerships, gathers feedback for product evolution, and collaborates with internal teams in a fast-paced music tech environment.

What You’ll Do
- Lead outreach, relationship development, and negotiations with artists, artist managers, labels, publishers, and other music industry stakeholders.
- Drive artist adoption of the Udio Artist Platform, from initial conversations through onboarding and ongoing engagement
- Act as a trusted partner and point of contact for artists and their teams, representing artist interests internally while advancing Udio’s strategic goals.
- Develop and refine partnership strategies that scale across genres, geographies, and artist profiles.
- Collaborate closely with legal, product, marketing, and leadership teams to structure artist participation frameworks, terms, and workflows.
- Gather feedback from artists and managers to inform product improvements and platform evolution.
- Represent Udio at industry events, showcases, conferences, and private meetings.
- Track partnership performance and engagement metrics to inform strategy and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep experience working directly with artists, managers, labels, or other music industry stakeholders.
- Strong network across the music industry, with credibility and trust among artists and their representatives.
- Proven ability to negotiate, close, and manage complex partnerships or deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge creative, legal, and technical conversations.
- Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfort operating at both executive and working levels, internally and externally.
Nice to Have
- Experience at a record label, music tech company, management firm, or digital platform.
- Familiarity with artist rights, licensing structures, and evolving creator-economy models.
- Experience launching or scaling artist-facing platforms or programs.
- Background working with emerging technologies in music or creative tools.

Compensation: Starting base salary range $160,000 - $350,000 (actual may vary based on experience and other factors).
