Responsibilities
- Build comprehensive joint business plans with Ernst & Young (EY), including strategic objectives, target markets, and industries.
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies, industry solutions, and differentiated partner offerings.
- Drive partnership growth, including sales quota attainment and marketing activities.
- Grow EY’s Snowflake practices by evaluating expertise, capabilities, and delivery quality.
- Define certification growth plans and support partner enablement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at EY.
- Manage the full alliance development lifecycle and own the 360-degree partner relationship.
- Collaborate with product, sales, sales engineering, professional services, legal, marketing, and technical teams.
- Coordinate co-marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and content creation.
- Support deal registration, proposals, reporting, partner-program navigation, and sales leadership alignment.
- Monitor partner performance against defined metrics and adjust priorities to deliver results.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or technology business development.
- 8+ years of channel sales or channel program management experience with revenue-target accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Established relationships with Snowflake system integrators preferred.
- Ability to manage global and regional business plans and communicate partner progress.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–50%.
