Leads customer-facing technical deployments and adoption of Devin, designing pilots, identifying engineering use cases, delivering enablement, and driving product utilization. Requires a STEM degree, enterprise deployment experience, strong technical communication, and adaptability.

Responsibilities
- Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle, from deployment through activation, ensuring customers successfully use Devin.
- Work closely with customers to understand technical challenges and identify productive use cases for Devin.
- Build relationships with customers’ engineering teams to support product integration and adoption.
- Activate top users and drive product utilization.
- Implement requested features when appropriate and advocate for customer needs with the broader team.
- Use product instincts and customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM field.
- Proven track record of successful enterprise deployments in previous go-to-market or forward-deployed engineering roles.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to discuss complex technical topics with customers at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments and take on increasing responsibility.
- Demonstrated exceptional ability to learn.
