About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for our SMB Housing segment - from pipeline generation to close
  • Develop and execute a repeatable sales playbook tailored to SMB needs
  • Partner closely with marketing to generate demand and refine messaging
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce
  • Identify trends, share customer feedback, and influence product development
  • Hire and mentor additional team members as the segment grows

Requirements

  • 3 years of management experience in a manager role with an Account Executive team
  • 2 years of experience selling SaaS products in an Account Executive role
  • A track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • High levels of self motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • Salesforce experience
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

  • Experience in the housing or property management industry

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: Base salary $160,000 + $80,000 variable compensation (total $240,000 OTE). Competitive total rewards package including equity.
