Lead SMB sales for EliseAI's Housing vertical by owning the full sales cycle, building a repeatable playbook for small to mid-sized property operators, and mentoring a team of Account Executives. Requires 3+ years sales management experience, SaaS sales background, and in-office presence in NYC.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for our SMB Housing segment - from pipeline generation to close
- Develop and execute a repeatable sales playbook tailored to SMB needs
- Partner closely with marketing to generate demand and refine messaging
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce
- Identify trends, share customer feedback, and influence product development
- Hire and mentor additional team members as the segment grows
Requirements
- 3 years of management experience in a manager role with an Account Executive team
- 2 years of experience selling SaaS products in an Account Executive role
- A track record of exceeding sales quotas
- High levels of self motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Salesforce experience
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

- Experience in the housing or property management industry
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: Base salary $160,000 + $80,000 variable compensation (total $240,000 OTE). Competitive total rewards package including equity.
