Supports revenue accounting, month-end close, contract review, internal controls, audits, and process improvements for a SaaS finance team. Requires 3+ years of public accounting and corporate revenue accounting experience, strong ASC 606 knowledge, ERP expertise, and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities
- Engage with cross-functional departments to provide expert knowledge of ASC 606 or IFRS 15 guidance for complex revenue contracts and transactions.
- Support the month-end close process, including contract review, journal entry posting, and slide deck presentations.
- Maintain internal controls for revenue recognition and the quote-to-cash function.
- Improve business processes and systems, and enhance documentation and controls.
- Assist with the annual audit and quarterly reviews, including walkthroughs and preparation of PBCs.
- Drive process improvements to reduce accounting close cycle duration.
- Support ad hoc projects and requests.
Requirements
- 3+ years of combined experience in public accounting and corporate revenue accounting, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and experience reviewing and interpreting contracts.
- Advanced experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Workday, or Oracle.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- CPA or CPA candidate.
- SOX-compliant public company experience.
- High proficiency with the NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management module in multicurrency environments.
