Senior Financial Analyst
The Senior Financial Analyst will support GTM FP&A through forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and business partnership with sales-related teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of FP&A experience, and proficiency with Excel, NetSuite, Google Suite, and financial planning tools.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Development, Sales Enablement, Sales Acceleration, and Sales Operations leaders as a financial advisor.
- Build and maintain financial and operating models for budgets, forecasts, headcount planning, and resource optimization.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and develop financial models to guide operating strategies, resource allocation, and GTM investments.
- Support month-end close activities, including headcount reconciliations, accrual reviews, budget-versus-actuals analysis, and financial reporting.
- Improve and scale business, operational, and financial processes by standardizing and automating reports and improving use of internal systems and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; finance, business, or economics preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A and/or analytical roles.
- Financial modeling, analytical, critical-thinking, and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, and financial planning tools; Pigment preferred.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Business partnering experience and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and oral and written communication skills.
