Account Executive I - Service Provider - Nordics
Owns the full sales cycle for new managed service provider relationships, from prospecting and discovery through pricing and closing. The role requires successful technology sales experience, Nordic market expertise, CRM discipline, and a customer-centered, consultative approach.

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quarterly revenue targets by qualifying and closing net-new MSP opportunities while being a collaborative member of the team.
- Creatively source new prospects and position Huntress offerings to suit their needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and industry expert throughout the sales process.
- Stay current on competitor offerings and identify their strengths and vulnerabilities.
- Turn client feedback into actionable strategies to drive new business and address competitive risks.
- Influence client decisions and advocate for client needs to negotiate win-win solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Account Management to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing account growth.
- Maintain accurate daily activity, forecast, and opportunity information in the CRM.
Requirements
- 2+ years of demonstrated success in a strategic sales position.
- 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a software or technology company.
- Experience selling into the Nordics region.
- Strong track record of driving revenue, creating new business, and delivering a customer-centered experience.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and forecasts in a CRM system.
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively to clients.
- Strong presentation and active listening skills.
- Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and handle changing priorities.
- Critical-thinking skills, drive, initiative, energy, and urgency in acquiring and serving clients.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn in a rapidly changing industry.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to travel up to 10% to events and customers as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
- £55,000 base salary with on-target earnings of £110,000 plus equity.
