Manages dealership partnerships by leading onboarding, product implementation, training, account health, renewals, and expansion. The role requires automotive dealership or technology experience, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with dealership partners, including Dealer Principals and Service Managers.
- Deliver onboarding, proactive support, and ongoing training to drive software adoption.
- Lead product implementations and communicate product updates and new features.
- Align software capabilities with dealership workflows to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and help dealerships achieve their goals.
- Identify upselling and renewal opportunities and encourage customer referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the dealer experience.
- Monitor account health using HubSpot and proactively mitigate risks to retention.
- Analyze dealership performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
- Track and report key performance indicators.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or service, preferably in a retail environment.
- Automotive dealership or automotive technology experience.
- Experience with franchise dealership operations or selling integrated solutions to dealerships.
- Ability to travel 75–100%, including overnight stays.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work extended hours and be on call as needed.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, business acumen, resilience, and adaptability.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000–$90,000.
- Variable compensation with $120,000 on-target earnings.
