Responsibilities
Deal Structuring and Operational Execution
- Review and operationalize complex and non-standard revenue-generating agreements across Salesforce, NetSuite, billing, and revenue-recognition systems.
- Partner with Sales and Finance to ensure deal structures are executable, scalable, and compliant before contract signature.
- Validate that negotiated terms can be configured and supported operationally in Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Ensure accurate billing setup, revenue-recognition treatment, and downstream financial reporting.
- Guide Sales teams on entering non-standard deal structures in Salesforce.
Credit and Risk Management
- Evaluate prospective partners and establish credit limits, billing terms, and payment terms.
- Monitor partner accounts for credit risk and recommend adjustments.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting leadership to mitigate operational and financial risk.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with Implementation, Systems, Revenue Recognition, Billing, and other stakeholders to accurately configure partner campaigns.
- Ensure markup, campaign overrides, budget caps, fraud buffers, discounts, and tier-based reductions align with executed contract terms before launch.
- Serve as an operational liaison between commercial and finance teams throughout the Quote-to-Cash process.
Systems and Process Governance
- Own compliance and operational quality controls across systems and departments involved in the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
- Maintain consistency and integrity of deal data across Salesforce, NetSuite, Mission Control, and other operational systems.
- Establish scalable processes for non-standard deals and evolving commercial structures.
- Drive process improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency while reducing operational risk.
Team Leadership
- Manage two offshore Order Management resources responsible for capturing and maintaining revenue-generating agreements.
- Establish quality standards, workflows, and performance expectations.
- Provide training, guidance, and process documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Financial Operations, Order Management, or Quote-to-Cash functions.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition, billing operations, contract structuring, and financial controls.
- Experience supporting complex or non-standard commercial agreements in a high-growth environment.
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce and ERP systems such as NetSuite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance operational scalability with business flexibility.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Sales, Systems, and operational teams.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical or financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing or coordinating offshore operational resources.
- Experience in advertising technology, marketplaces, or performance marketing.
- Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue-recognition principles.
- Experience with complex pricing models, campaign-based billing, or usage-based revenue models.
- Familiarity with process automation and operational controls within Quote-to-Cash workflows.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $120,000–$141,000 annually.
