Software Engineer I - Salesforce
Provides Tier 1 Salesforce and Lead-to-Order support, including troubleshooting, data maintenance, permissions, and ticket resolution. The role also assists with QA testing, requirements refinement, documentation, and production issue escalation.

Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve day-to-day Lead-to-Order (L2O) support tickets for business users.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce user issues and perform diagnostic tasks.
- Escalate complex technical issues while communicating with affected stakeholders.
- Perform data imports, updates, exports, and upserts using data management tools.
- Provide Salesforce operational support, including user permissions, basic configuration updates, and data integrity checks.
- Maintain and clean Salesforce records.
- Assist with smoke and regression testing for fixes, enhancements, and new features.
- Participate in story refinement and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Document support issues and resolution workflows.
- Track and communicate testing risks, dependencies, and defects.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, quality assurance, or a related technology role.
- Basic Salesforce platform configuration experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, or Import Wizard.
- Understanding of software delivery lifecycles.
- Basic API testing knowledge, such as Postman.
- Database fundamentals and data integrity verification.
- Analytical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
